About This Product

■Features The innovative Dräger X-act® 7000 analysis system consists of a Dräger microtube and a photoelectronic analysis device that accurately measures concentrations down to ppb levels, replacing expensive and time-consuming laboratory analysis on the spot. Provides accurate measurement results. It's very easy to operate. Insert the Dräger microtube and start measuring. The test results will be displayed. ■It is possible to measure extremely low concentrations and perform analysis at the same level as in a laboratory. The concentration of hazardous substances in the atmosphere at the workplace must not exceed the specified limits. Properly monitoring substances that are highly hazardous even at very low concentrations is a task that carries great responsibility. The combination of Dräger microtubes and the Dräger X-act7000 enables the measurement of low concentrations of carcinogenic and toxic substances at ppb level. High-precision test systems are based on colorimetric chemical sensors. These sensors can replace traditional laboratory analysis and provide accurate results in the field, saving time and money. ■Improved safety due to improved selectivity The substance-specific reaction layer and multiple pre-layers within the Dräger microtube allow for selective gas detection. For example, the various layers/layers act as filters and exclude other substances occurring at the work site, so that only the target substance is reflected in the test results. This eliminates cross-sensitivity issues and reduces false positives and false alarms in test results. ■Explosion-proof, ready for immediate use The RFID tag attached to the Dräger microtube contains all calibration data applied throughout the product's typical lifespan of one year. This eliminates the need for various functional tests and manual calibrations. Because it is based on mass flow measurements, variations in barometric pressure do not affect the device. The effects of temperature and humidity are already taken into account during shipping calibration. The equipment is ATEX/IECEx Zone 0 explosion proof certified. The system also has IP54 dust and water protection and meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of EN61326-1.
