The Dräger Alcotest®6000 is a breath alcohol detector for professional users that allows rapid and highly accurate testing. The measurement technology of this small, easy-to-use, portable detector has been proven worldwide, with over 1 million units already sold.
■Breath alcohol test made easy
This device boots up in just a few seconds and is ready to use. This means that tests on subjects (automated measurements) can be carried out at any time. It is also possible to measure alcohol in the atmosphere (passive measurement), in which case a mouthpiece is not required.
All functions required for measurement are performed with a convenient green OK button and two menu buttons are used for navigation.
■Highly versatile and durable
The proven electrochemical Dräger sensor of the Alcotest 6000 is characterized by its extremely fast response and high durability, providing extremely precise and reliable measurement results. Measurement results are always accurate, even in conditions such as -5 °C or +50 °C.
The sensor also provides quick and accurate results for both automatic and passive measurements when alcohol levels are high.
■Convenient usage
Dealing with an intoxicated person requires great care and concentration. Intuitive operation is key to making the device easy to use and the breath testing procedure smooth.
All measurement functions can be operated with a single button, making testing easy. Additionally, the large backlit display provides easy-to-understand full text messages to guide you through the alcohol testing process. LED display and audio support the indication and notify you of the completion of the measurement procedure.
Two menu buttons are used to navigate the menu and perform functions such as viewing past test results.
