About This Product

We have succeeded in developing a convincing high-performance purge agent based on our extensive purging experience and novel ideas. We strongly support high-mix, small-lot production sites. Reduce cleaning work costs by 50%. Tomiclin, a high-performance cleaning agent (purge agent), significantly reduces the cost of cleaning work to 1/2.

■There are two types of Tomiclin.

・Inorganic filler S series Powerful cleaning・Low residue ・Non-filler type C series High sealing performance Features of “S series” with inorganic filler

■Powerful cleaning/low residue

By combining unique cleaning ingredients such as the addition of special ceramic inorganic fillers, it achieves both powerful cleaning and low residue at a high level. *Does not use glass fiber.

■Characteristics of special ceramic inorganic filler

- Due to its porous structure, it exhibits an adsorption effect and improves cleaning performance. ・Because it is spherical, it is easily discharged and difficult to remain. ・Because it is a foam, the specific gravity of the purge agent is lower, making it possible to clean with a smaller amount. Features of non-filler type “C series”

■High sealing performance

The "C series" includes a grade specially developed as a sealing material. High sealing performance is achieved by filling while the machine is stopped. ・Prevents the generation of carbide due to burning while the machine is stopped, reducing the defective rate at startup. ・Can also be used as a simple cleaning agent.

■Can be used as a regenerating agent

-Can be used as recycled material after use. ・As it does not become waste, it contributes to cost reduction.
