About This Product

The HM2000 series is a revolutionary hardness testing machine that has a wide range of applications and can obtain valuable physical property data including hardness with high accuracy. This is a device that quickly and accurately tests and evaluates mechanical properties such as bulk elasticity and plasticity. Anyone can perform an indentation test that complies with ISO14577.

■Features

・A wide range of related physical property data can be obtained, including the physically important hardness values ​​HM (Martens hardness value) and HU (Universal hardness value). - Can be applied to any material and even very thin films. ・There are no errors caused by the operator's subjectivity. It is economical because the test is automated and the test results are processed by computer.

■FISCHERSCOPE HM2000XYp

The test machine frame (support and base) was made of granite to reduce the effects of room temperature and vibration. In addition, the highly rigid frame is equipped with a measurement head, microscope, and XY programming table, making continuous measurement and measurement of minute parts possible. The microscope has 4x, 20x, and 40x objective lenses as standard, and focusing is performed using a joystick.
