■Features

TQ-92 is a peeling tester (flaw detector) that detects defects such as peeling and layer cracking in composite materials and laminated materials. Mechanical impedance analysis (MIA) can easily detect peeling/bond defects in multilayer laminates, glass fiber/carbon fiber composites (GFRP/CFRP), honeycomb composites, and metal joints, as well as uneven material thickness. can be detected. Unlike ultrasonic thickness gauges, there is no need to apply couplant (couplant), and the automatic parameter adjustment function eliminates the need for complicated settings, allowing even beginners to perform quick and reliable inspections. The spring-type probe allows stable scanning even on rough surfaces, and when a defect is detected, it is notified by an alarm sound and the LED on the probe, so you can concentrate on inspection with peace of mind without worrying about overlooking things even in noisy environments such as factories.
