About This Product

■FeaturesTQ-7 is a ferrite content measuring instrument ideal for quality control of stainless steel welds. The magnetic induction method allows us to accurately measure the amount of ferrite, which affects the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of austenitic steel and duplex stainless steel welds.

Compatible with ferrite structure amount of 0.1~80% / 0.1~100FN, simple operation and menu system make it easy to use even for beginners. Equipped with a variety of functions including a continuous measurement mode convenient for detecting welds and measuring curved surfaces, statistical display (minimum, maximum, average, standard deviation), abnormal value alarm (upper and lower limits), and a large, easy-to-read color high-definition display. This allows you to work stress-free even during long inspections.
