Equipped with 9 calibration modes including calibration based on ISO 19840. Guarantees accurate film thickness measurement.

■High resolution & wide measurement range

High resolution of 0.1μm for less than 100μm, wide measurement range up to 5,000μm (5mm)

■Various display functions

In addition to displaying measured values, statistical information such as minimum, maximum, and average values ​​can be displayed as well as graphs.

■Automatic probe recognition & adjustable sensitivity keypad

It automatically recognizes the connected probe and automatically loads the optimal settings. The keypad uses a touch-sensitive panel with adjustable sensitivity.

■Diverse probe lineup

We have a variety of probes available, including probes for thick materials that can measure up to 5,000μm, and 45-degree and 90-degree angle probes.
