■Features

MetalTest MKII is a hardness meter with separate probe and main body that measures metal hardness with an accuracy of ±1.5%. Measurements can be made from thin plates as thin as 0.08mm (HRC70). It has a wider measurement range than general portable hardness testers and can accurately measure various hardnesses from soft metals to hard metals. In addition to Rockwell (HRA, HRB, HRC, HR15, HR30T), the display scale can be displayed in Brinell (HB5, HB30), Vickers, and Knoop. Equipped with a variety of functions such as statistics, graphs, and simultaneous display of multiple scales, it also supports storage of measured values ​​and external output.

Accurately measures the hardness of thin plates and coils that cannot be measured with conventional portable hardness meters.

■Overwhelming measurement range

It has an overwhelmingly wide measurement range compared to rebound hardness testers, UCI hardness testers, etc.

■Great accuracy

Measures hardness with an excellent measurement accuracy of ±1.5%. *Measurement accuracy will deteriorate depending on the surface condition and shape.

■Measurement possible in any direction

Unlike rebound hardness testers, there is no need to make corrections based on the measurement direction. Accurate hardness can be measured in all directions.

■Measurement value storage

Unlike rebound hardness testers, there is no need to make corrections based on the measurement direction. Accurate hardness can be measured in all directions.

■Accurately measure the hardness of curved parts and small parts (MICROTESTER)

By using the optional anvil, the hardness of curved parts can also be accurately measured.
