■Summary

■Features

METALTEST is a compact hardness meter with an integrated probe and display. Measures the hardness of metals with an impressive accuracy of ±1.5%. It is also excellent for measuring thin objects, and can measure as thin as 0.08mm (HRC70). In addition, it supports all measurement directions and accurately measures hardness even when measuring the side and top surfaces. It has a wider measurement range than general portable hardness testers, and can accurately measure various hardnesses from soft metals to hard metals. Display scales can be displayed in Rockwell (HRA, HRB, HRC, HR15, HR30T), Brinet (HB5, HB30), Vickers, and Knoop.

Accurately measures the hardness of thin plates and coils that cannot be measured with conventional portable hardness meters.

■Overwhelming measurement range

It has an overwhelmingly wide measurement range compared to rebound hardness testers, UCI hardness testers, etc.

■Great accuracy

Measures hardness with an excellent measurement accuracy of ±1.5%. *Measurement accuracy will deteriorate depending on the surface condition and shape.

■Measurement possible in any direction

Unlike rebound hardness testers, there is no need to make corrections based on the measurement direction. Accurate hardness can be measured in all directions.
