■Features
The QB-7 series is a magnetic thickness gauge that is ideal for measuring the thickness of plastic containers such as PET bottles, non-ferrous (non-magnetic) containers such as glass bottles, and aluminum cans. The thickness of the object is measured by placing the object between the sensor and the metal target ball. Thickness measurements of complex shapes can be easily and quickly performed.
The standard model QB-7B can measure thicknesses from 0 to 8 mm, and the higher-end model QB-7E can measure thicknesses from 0 to 22 mm. The probe uses a titanium tip, greatly increasing its durability. Furthermore, 7 calibration test pieces are included as standard, and the calibration function for up to 8 points enables unprecedentedly high-precision measurements.
Equipped with various display modes such as maximum/minimum, average display, and graph display, and a large, easy-to-read display and foot switch (optional), it can be used stress-free even during long inspections. Data management software is included as standard, and saved data can be checked on a PC.
