■FeaturesMCT80 is a pocket-sized electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge. Connect to a tablet (laptop) via Wi-Fi, display echoes in real time, and adjust sensitivity, gate, and sound speed. It can be used without a tablet, and thickness can be measured anywhere.

With two automatic functions, even those using an ultrasonic inspection machine for the first time can use it immediately without any complicated settings. Furthermore, if the saved measurement value shows an incorrect value, you can correct the error and display the correct measurement value later by adjusting the gate position and changing the detection point.

In addition to innovative software, it is equipped with basic functions such as a measurement range of 1.5 to 150 mm, A-scope, single echo, and echo-echo, and is capable of measuring the thickness of various metals, from thin to thick. The MCT80 is a revolutionary electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gage that takes thickness measurement to a new dimension.

*Wi-Fi connection requires an Android tablet/smartphone that supports tethering (Wi-Fi), or a Windows PC with a touch screen that supports mobile hotspot (Wi-Fi). It cannot be used unless the mobile device is connected to the Internet.
