About This Product

■What is Advanlift?This is an overlapping continuous bucket conveyor. During horizontal transport, the bucket flanges overlap and the buckets run side by side without any gaps. There is no spillage when putting it in.

■The bucket is always pointing upwards.- Since the bucket returns upwards after being discharged, spillage is significantly reduced compared to conventional buckets that point downwards when returning.
- Since the bucket guide required for conventional conveyors (return downward) is not required, the number of sliding parts of the bucket is reduced, eliminating problems caused by jamming and noise caused by collision between the bucket guide and the bucket.
・It has a mechanism for discharging directly below the conveyor, and there is no discharge head compared to conventional models, making it ideal for conveying products that must not be broken.
・Multiple discharges are possible. Since the discharge mechanism runs under the conveyor, there is no need to pull out the chute sideways, and the casing has a smarter design than before.

■No scattering or spillageAs mentioned above, the flanges of the bucket completely overlap and both sides of the bucket are up, so the scraper goes into the bucket and eliminates the gap between the bucket and the input section.

Furthermore, since the collection chute will follow even the smallest spills, we have taken triple measures to prevent scattering and spills at the input section.

■No product crushingSince there is a wide space between the frame and chain, there is no buffering between the frame and chain, and the product will not be crushed.

■It is a symmetrical bucket.If the attachment that comes into contact when reversing the bucket gets old, the bucket can be replaced in the opposite direction, extending the life of the bucket.
