About This Product

Color reagent for HRP This is a detection reagent kit for ELISA that includes TMB solution and reaction stop solution.

■Detection reagent kit for ELISA that includes HRP coloring reagent TMB solution and reaction stop solution (STOP solution)

・For ELISA ・Coloring for HRP TMB ・Set of TMB solution and STOP solution EzELISA TMB is a set of HRP (horseradish peroxidase) color detection reagents for ELISA, TMB solution and STOP solution (reaction termination reagent). TMB solution is a one-liquid composition based on TMB (3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine) substrate that requires no preparation and is suitable for rapid and highly sensitive detection. It comes with STOP solution (no reaction stop reagent or sulfuric acid) and is truly ready to use. To use, simply add TMB solution to the ELISA plate after the antibody reaction is complete.

■How to use

1. Add 100 μL of TMB solution to each well of a 96-well plate and react for 5 to 30 minutes. 2. Add 100 μL of STOP solution to each well to stop the reaction. 3. Measure the absorbance at 450nm.
