About This Product

Pre-wet PVDF membranes and sheets cut into compact size gels (6.5 x 6.5cm) that are ready to use and do not require hydrophilization or equilibration treatment.

■Transfer pack

This is a transfer pack for transferring proteins from gel to membrane after electrophoresis. A membrane equilibrated with a transfer buffer and a water-absorbing sheet instead of filter paper are packed separately for the cathode and anode. No preparation is required, so you can use it right out of the bag. "WSE4057 QBlot kit M" is a successor to the WSE-4055 QBlot kit, and has improved the water absorption sheet and transfer buffer to enable even more efficient transfer. In addition, "WSE-4056 QBlot kit C" compatible with compact size gels and "WSE-4058 QBlot kit W" compatible with wide size gels are also newly released. You can choose according to the gel size you use.
