About This Product

A centrifugal filtration tube for small volumes. Particle components and insoluble matter are removed with a filtration membrane. A centrifugal filtration tube that supports small liquid volumes of 100 to 500 uL. Particle components and unnecessary substances can be easily removed using the filtration membrane and centrifugal force. It can be used to recover DNA from agarose gels, DNA from polyacrylamide gels, or proteins.

・Easy and efficient removal of particulate components (electrophoresis gel, etc.) from small volume liquid samples ・Centrifugation at 5,000 to 15,000 x g completes filtration in a short time (about 5 to 30 minutes) ・The filtration membrane uses PSE membrane. ・Low sample adsorption to the membrane, less clogging, compatible with a wide range of pH ・Maximum use of effective area with vertical filtration membrane ・Recovery of proteins and DNA from electrophoresis gels ・For pretreatment of chromatography samples
