About This Product

A ready-made polyacrylamide gel with standard mini-slab size (90 x 83 mm) for high molecular weight samples and wide range fractionation.

■Precast gel ideal for polymer separation with new crosslinking agent

・A gel with excellent separation in the high molecular weight range has been released using a new crosslinking agent. ・Excellent physical strength even at low gel concentrations. ・Blotting efficiency and storage stability have been improved.

■Product overview

・Suitable for separation of high molecular weight proteins over 500kDa (UH-5, UH-310, UH-314) ・Supports wide fractionation range from 5 to 600 kDa (UH-420) ・Increased physical strength: less likely to tear even with low concentration gel ・Long-term shelf life: 1 year (from date of manufacture) ・High-speed/short-time (30min~) electrophoresis possible ・Polymer blotting is also good. ・Wide range of applications (SDS-PAGE, Native-PAGE, HR-Clear Native PAGE, Blue Native PAGE, DNA-PAGE) ・Gradient gel that does not easily become trapezoidal ・Reliable domestic production Industry-academia collaboration (Associate Professor Takakazu Takeoka, Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University) Products jointly researched and developed
