About This Product

A staining solution for protein detection that stains the background of SDS-PAGE gels white. Ideal for cutting out bands.

■Gel reverse (negative) staining kit

This is a reverse staining kit that negatively stains the gel after electrophoresis to detect protein bands with high sensitivity. The protein band is not stained, and the gel other than the band is stained white. .

■Product overview

・Reverse (negative) staining solution ・The protein band is not stained, but the gel other than the band is stained white. ・Detection sensitivity is several ng of protein/band ・Detection is possible with simple operation in a short period of time (20 to 25 minutes) ・Ideal for cutting out and collecting protein bands ・Can also be used for mass spectrometry (MS)
