Concentrated gel buffer (0.5 M Tris/pH6.8) for polyacrylamide gel preparation.

■Concentrated gel buffer for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis

It can be used as a concentrated gel buffer for SDS-PAGE and Native-PAGE based on the Laemmli method.
