About This Product

MOPS-based running buffer for SDS-PAGE. High-speed electrophoresis enables separation of a wide range of molecular weights. You can choose from two types of capacity.

■MOPS running buffer for SDS-PAGE

By simply changing the running buffer to EzRunMOPS, the fractionation range can be expanded to the lower molecular side using the same gel, and high-speed electrophoresis is also possible by increasing the voltage during electrophoresis. Although the electrophoresis time is shorter than usual, the 10% gel can be separated as if it were a gradient gel.

■Product overview

・High-speed electrophoresis (10 to 25 minutes) is possible* (approximately 8x9cm mini gel: 20 to 25 minutes, approximately 6x6cm compact gel: 10 to 15 minutes) *Fastest migration is c-PAGEL HR, e-PAGEL HR (ready-made gel) When using ・Extended molecular weight range, particularly good separation of low molecular weight regions (even when using a homogeneous gel, separation performance equivalent to that of a gradient gel is achieved) ・Can be used with a variety of gels (ready-made gels such as e-PAGEL and e-PAGEL HR, self-made gels using EzGelAce, Tris gel, Bis-Tris gel, Tris-Tricine gel, etc.) ・Blotting after electrophoresis is also possible as usual. ・General dyeing methods and silver staining can be applied without problems.
