■Running buffer for Blue-Native PAGE

Blue-Native PAGE running buffer for Tris-Glycine-based polyacrylamide gels that do not contain SDS *Cannot be used for SDS-PAGE

■Product overview

・Running buffer for Blue-Native PAGE (BN-PAGE) ・Electrophoresis can be performed as a protein complex ・Migration patterns comparable to those using conventional Bis-Tris gels can be obtained. ・Blue-Native PAGE can be performed using Tris-Glycine-based polyacrylamide gel that does not contain SDS. ・Can be used with ATTO's ready-made acrylamide gel ・Simply add CBB solution (BlueNative Buffer Additive) to the buffer diluted with distilled water and perform electrophoresis. ・Stable for 1 year at room temperature
