About This Product

A reagent kit that fluorescently labels proteins and polypeptides while preparing samples for electrophoresis and Western blotting.

■Fluorescent labeling in just 3 minutes

EzLabel FluoroNeo fluorescently labels amino groups by simply mixing it with a protein solution and heating it for 3 minutes. By simply replacing the electrophoresis preparation solution (sample buffer) with this product, protein fluorescent labeling and electrophoresis sample preparation can be completed at the same time. No column purification is required after fluorescent labeling, and electrophoresis can be started immediately.

■Electrophoresis completed → Can be detected immediately

After electrophoresis, it can be excited with Blue LED or UV for detection and photography. No staining or bleaching operations are required. Excitation using Blue LED allows detection without removing the gel from the glass plate, and also enables highly sensitive detection at the level of silver staining.

■ Perform electrophoresis as usual with fluorescent labeling

Even when a protein is fluorescently labeled, its mobility hardly changes. It can also be used for Western blot analysis (detection on membrane, reaction with antibodies).

■Product overview

・Gel stain-free protein electrophoresis ・Can be detected immediately after electrophoresis. ・No need for gel staining or decolorization. - Labeling can be done by simply changing the sample buffer to EzLabel FluoroNeo - No column purification of sample solution required after fluorescent labeling ・Mobility hardly changes even with fluorescent labeling ・With BlueLED, high-sensitivity detection is possible without changing the glass plate. ・After observation, the gel can be subjected to Western blot analysis (observation on the membrane, reaction with antibodies) ・After observation, CBB staining or silver staining is also possible. ・RIPA Lysis Buffer for protein extraction and molecular weight marker are also included.
