About This Product

This reagent kit extracts proteins from tissues and cells by separating them into water-soluble and hydrophobic components.

■Sample preparation kit for two-dimensional electrophoresis

Proteins can be separated into water-soluble and hydrophobic fractions for efficient extraction. Reducing agent, alkylating agent, washing buffer, and overlay solution are included in the kit.

■Product overview

・Proteins can be extracted from animal tissues/cells, plants, bacteria, etc. ・Sample buffer for two-dimensional electrophoresis ・Efficient extraction of each type of protein by separating the sample into water-soluble and hydrophobic types ・Higher sensitivity signal detection possible ・Reducing agent, alkylating agent, washing buffer, and overlay solution are also included in the kit. ・Low running costs, short extraction time, and easy sample preparation ・Can be used not only for two-dimensional electrophoresis but also for SDS-PAGE by combining with AE-1430 EzApply (sample preparation kit for SDS-PAGE)

①Wash Buffer: Tris, sodium chloride ②Solution 1: Tris, amphoteric carrier, DTT ③Solution 2: Urea, thiourea, surfactant, amphoteric carrier, DTT ④⑤Solution 1-2, 2-2: Alkylating reagent, BPB ⑥⑦ Multilayer liquid: urea

①Wash Buffer: 30mL 2 bottles ②Solution 1: 20mL ③Solution 2: 10mL ④Solution 1-2: Powder ⑤Solution 2-2: Powder ⑥Solution 1 multilayer solution: 1mL ⑦Solution double layer solution: 1mL ⑧DTT for Solution 1: Powder ⑨DTT for Solution 2: Powder
