About This Product

A reagent kit for sample preparation for protein SDS-PAGE.

■Sample buffer for SDS-PAGE

Brain samples for electrophoresis can be easily prepared by simply mixing 1:1 with the sample solution. It can be separated as a sharp band by reduction with DTT.

■Product overview

・Sample buffer kit for protein reduction treatment SDS-PAGE ・Uses DTT (dithiothreitol) as a reducing agent, has a more reliable reduction reaction than 2-mercaptoethanol (2-Me), is less likely to generate false bands, has less odor than 2-mercaptoethanol (2-Me), and is less toxic. Not designated as a deleterious substance (2-mercaptoethanol (2-Me) designated as a poisonous/deleterious substance) ・Easy preparation by mixing 1:1 with sample solution ・Since DTT is contained in a separate container, non-reducing treatment is also possible. ・Low running cost Contains BPB (tip marker dye)
