About This Product

Solubilization buffer for extracting proteins from E. coli and yeast. Proteins can be extracted from E. coli or yeast by simply mixing reagents. DNase and protease inhibitors are included.

■Extract proteins from E. coli and yeast for various experiments.

・Purification of expressed protein ・Immunoprecipitation ・Enzyme activity ・Electrophoresis ・Western blotting etc.

■Product overview

・Easy operation (mix bacterial cells and reagent solution and let stand → centrifuge → collect supernatant) ・Preparation completed within 30 minutes ・No need for glass beads, homogenizer, or crushing equipment ・DNase and Protease inhibitor are included in the kit. ・Amine-free → Can be used for label experiments ・Does not inhibit column purification (tagged proteins such as His and GST) ・Enzyme activity is less likely to be inhibited
