About This Product

A reagent kit for fractionating the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm from animal cells. This kit allows you to easily isolate organelle fractions from mammalian cells with good reproducibility and purity. A protease inhibitor and RIPA buffer are included to facilitate protein extraction after fractionation.

■Can be used for various research

・Search for drug discovery targets ・Protein localization and transport ・Signal pathway analysis ・Stress response experiment ・Epigenetics analysis, etc.

■We fractionate "nuclei", "mitochondria", and "cytoplasm" from animal cells for various experiments.

・Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, Native-PAGE, etc.) ・Western blotting ・Immunoprecipitation ・ELISA ・Enzyme activity experiment ・Chromatin immunoprecipitation, etc.

■Product overview

・Easy adjustment of organelle fractions with good reproducibility and purity ・The only equipment required is a refrigerated centrifuge for microtubes (~×10,000g) ・The fractionation operation for all fractions can be completed within about 2 hours. ・Use or non-use of surfactant can be selected
