About This Product

A reagent kit for fractionating and extracting cytoplasm, membrane, nucleus, and insoluble proteins from animal cells.

■Organelle fraction extraction kit

Cytoplasm, membranes, nuclei, and insoluble proteins can be extracted from cells recovered from animal tissues or cryopreserved cells by simply mixing four types of extract solutions in order and centrifuging.

■Can be used for various research.

・Search for drug discovery targets ・Protein localization and transport ・Signal pathway analysis ・Stress response experiment ・Epigenetics analysis, etc.

■Separates and extracts "cytoplasm", "membrane", "nucleus", and "insoluble proteins" from animal cells for various experiments.

・Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, Native-PAGE, etc.) ・Western blotting ・Immunoprecipitation ・ELISA ・Enzyme activity experiment ・Chromatin immunoprecipitation, etc.

■Product overview

・Easy operation, just mix 4 types of extracts in order and centrifuge ・The only equipment required is a refrigerated centrifuge for microtubes (~×10,000g) ・Extraction operation for all fractions can be completed within 3 hours ・Can also be fractionated from cells collected from animal tissues and cryopreserved cells
