About This Product

RIPA solubilization buffer for extraction of total proteins from animal cells and tissues.

■RIPA solubilization buffer

Protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors are included as standard accessories, and since it is HEPES-based without amino groups or phosphate groups, extracted proteins can be used as is for labeling experiments, etc.

■Extracts total proteins from animal cells and tissues for various experiments

・Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, Native-PAGE, etc.) ・Western blotting ・Immunoprecipitation ・ELISA ・Enzyme activity experiments, etc.

■Product overview

・RIPA solubilization buffer with excellent cost performance ・Protease inhibitor and phosphatase inhibitor are included as standard. ・Since it is a HEPES buffer that does not contain amino groups or phosphate groups, it can be used as is for protein labeling experiments, etc.

■Kit contents

①EzRIPA Lysis buffer: 100mL, 20mM HEPES (pH7.5), 1% IGEPALⓇ CA-630*, 0.1% SDS, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, 150mM sodium chloride ②Protease inhibitor (100×): 1mL, aprotinin, pepstatin A, leupeptin, ③ Phosphatase inhibitor (100×): 1 mL, sodium fluoride, activated sodium orthovanadate (V), sodium β-glycerophosphate This is a registered trademark.
