About This Product

A reagent kit that extracts native proteins (including membrane proteins) from animal and plant tissues and cultured cells without compromising activity.

■Native proteins (including membrane proteins) can be extracted from animal and plant tissues and cultured cells without loss of activity.

・Sample preparation for Native PAGE ・Enzyme activity measurement ・Sample preparation for electrophoresis ・Sample preparation for Western blotting ・Sample preparation for immunoprecipitation ・Sample preparation for ELISA ・Protein labeling, etc.

・Simple operation: mix sample and reagent solution, let stand → centrifuge → collect supernatant ・Protease Inhibitor and Phosphatase Inhibitor are included in the kit ・Maintain protein structure/activity (enzyme activity, fluorescence, etc.) ・Maintain protein complex and oligomer structures
