About This Product

■Wireless charger receiver flash MCU

This device is an 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with flash memory type. Regarding memory functionality, flash memory provides users with the convenience of multiprogramming capabilities. Other memory includes a RAM data memory area and a true EEPROM memory area for storing non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data, etc. Analog functionality includes multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter functionality. Multiple highly flexible timer modules provide timing, pulse generation, and PWM output functionality. External communication is achieved through fully integrated SPI, I²C, and UART interface functionality. These three common interfaces provide designers with an easy means of communicating with external peripheral hardware. Protection features such as an internal watchdog timer, low-voltage reset, and low-voltage detector, combined with excellent noise immunity and ESD protection, maintain reliable operation even in harsh electrical environments. A complete selection of external and internal low and high oscillator functions is provided, including a fully integrated system oscillator that requires no external components for implementation. The ability to dynamically operate and switch between different operating modes using different clock sources allows users to optimize microcontroller operation and minimize power consumption. The device also includes fully integrated synchronous full-bridge rectifier functionality, linear charger functionality, LDO, and communications modulation functionality. These features meet the circuit requirements of a wireless charger receiver and are ideal for small wireless charger receiver devices such as TWS headset storage cases. Flexible I/O programming capabilities, timebase functionality, and many other features allow you to get the most out of this device with products equipped with a wireless charger. CPU function
