About This Product

The insulation paint ``Gaina'' has economical effects such as energy saving due to insulation and durability, as well as the effect of creating a comfortable living space by soundproofing, preventing condensation, deodorizing, etc. Furthermore, it is stain resistant and highly elastic, making it difficult to crack and resistant to shock and vibration.
■Insulation effect
Gaina's spherical ceramic reflects infrared rays contained in sunlight. The surface temperature adapts to the surrounding temperature, minimizing heat transfer. Heat retention effect, soundproofing effect, deodorizing effect, and prevention of condensation.
■Features
aqueous. It has excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance, and has long-term durability. It is milky white but becomes transparent after drying.
■Applications
Apply or spray a thin layer to areas where you do not want mold to grow. For example, air conditioning equipment, drain pans, painted surfaces, bathroom joints, etc. Ideal for kitchens/food factories/fisheries factories, etc.

Water-based acrylic emulsion anti-mold paint (contains alcohol)
■Standard usage amount
80-100g/m2 (1.0mm diameter spray gun) The film thickness is approximately 7-12μm.
■How to use
-The active ingredient is precipitated, so be sure to shake (stir) it well before use.
・If mold has already formed, remove it with Kabisar etc., then apply or spray after drying well.
- Apply thinly and evenly once or twice. Since it contains alcohol, it dries relatively quickly.
- Sufficient strength can be obtained with a thin film, so avoid thick coating. The texture may change slightly.
- If using a brush or roller, the amount of application will be approximately twice the amount above.
・Please apply the anti-mold agent after squeezing the brush/roller as much as possible.
■Example of base material
Resins such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, PVC, galvalume, concrete, ABS, FRP, etc. (excluding fluorine, silicone, and polyethylene) When applying to porous surfaces such as wood, concrete, mortar, and silicon plate, apply at once. Do not apply thick coats; apply two thin coats at room temperature (20℃) and 60% humidity for 20 to 30 minutes.
