Under the harsh environment of 25°C room temperature, 80% humidity, and 3°C water temperature, condensation will form if no coating is applied or if a general anti-condensation paint is used, and condensation will continue to flow even after that.
Non-condensation is an anti-condensation paint that suppresses heat transfer and controls the moisture absorption/dispersion cycle in an ideal manner, thereby suppressing condensation and significantly reducing the amount of condensation that currently occurs.
■Cup experiment
・Experiment details: Pour ice water into a plastic cup and compare the degree of condensation on the cup surface.
・Test environment: room temperature 25℃, humidity 80%, water temperature 3℃
- Experimental results: In the above experiment, there was no condensation at all from the non-condensation coating cup even after 160 minutes. Condensation formed from the cup coated with general anti-condensation paint in about 30 minutes, and the condensation continued to flow.
