About This Product
■Cyclone powerfully separates dust
Due to the centrifugal separation effect of the cyclone generated within the cylinder, only dust and dirt pass through the punching filter and are separated from the materials. All contact parts use SUS material to maintain the cleanliness of the material.
■Thoroughly removes magnetic powder at the same time (built-in magnet type)
In addition to the dust removal effect of a cyclone, a powerful magnet attracts magnetic powder contained in materials. It thoroughly removes pellet powder and magnetic powder at the same time, greatly reducing defects such as black spots and foreign matter contamination.
■Easy maintenance and high durability
Due to its simple structure, disassembly and maintenance are easy. The magnet is equipped with a SUS protection tube, which prevents material abrasion.
■φ3mm filter
The punching diameter of the standard filter is φ2mm, but if the material is large, you can select a φ3mm type.
■Acrylic dust tank
Acrylic transparent dust tank for GF-20-001, GF-25-001, GF-20-002, GF-25-002. You can check the dust collection results at any time. The capacity is 6.5L.
■Filter stand
This is a stand for GF-20-003 and GF-25-003.
