The conventional filter shape has been revised to dramatically improve dust and contaminant removal performance. (Up to 43% increase compared to conventional model with GF-20R-002 forced degassing specification) It is effective not only for virgin materials for molded products that require high quality, but also for recycled resins that have a lot of dust and contamination.
■Thoroughly removes magnetic powder at the same time (built-in magnet type)
In addition to the dust removal effect of the newly designed filter, a powerful 10,000 Gauss magnet attracts magnetic powder contained in the material. It thoroughly removes pellet powder and magnetic powder at the same time, greatly reducing defects such as black spots and foreign matter contamination.
■Easy maintenance and high durability
Due to its simple structure, disassembly and maintenance are easy. The magnet is equipped with a SUS protection tube, which prevents material abrasion.
■Dust cyclone DCY series
Removes dust from the transportation air and prevents the built-in filter from clogging. Due to the adoption of the GF-R/GXⅡ series, the dust in the transportation air will increase significantly, which may clog the built-in filters of dryers and loaders, resulting in a decrease in transportation performance.
When using the GF-R/GXⅡ series, we recommend installing the DCY series in the middle of the transportation line. You can choose between a standard dust tank, an acrylic dust tank, and with or without a filter stand.
■ Hopper for forced degassing
A hopper with forced degassing specifications that increases suction power.
■Mekura stopper set
A blind stopper set that easily enables forced degassing of existing hoppers.
■Acrylic dust tank
Acrylic transparent dust tank. You can check the dust collection results at any time. The capacity is 6.5L.
