About This Product

■Product overview

The RP series can not only regenerate high-quality resin that cannot be achieved with a crusher, but also granulate colorants. Being able to granulate colorants in small lots at the molding site opens up new possibilities for molding. Experience even higher quality and higher value-added molding with the RP series.

■ Master high-quality, high-efficiency resin recycling

Storz Repelletizer (Pelletizer) RP series that granulates uniform pellets. It enables resin regeneration that could not be done with a crusher. The Storz Repelletizer (Pelletizer) RP series can solve resin recycling problems such as unstable metering, physical properties, and dust. Since molding stability is improved, it is safe to increase the proportion of recycled materials. It is also possible to granulate small amounts of colored pellets with uniform color. Rather than molding raw materials mixed in a mixer as is, resin granulated as colored pellets allows for more stable molding with no color unevenness. Moreover, since it is an air-cooled type, there is little heat fluctuation and quality does not deteriorate. Being able to produce colored pellets with the desired composition at the molding site expands the possibilities of molding.

■Twin screw system

Twin screws allow simultaneous granulation of different resins. It is possible to construct a highly efficient resin regeneration line. There are two types of screws, and you can choose your favorite model from each of the two systems.

■ Low temperature granulation and air cooling mechanism

Adopts low-temperature granulation and air cooling mechanism that does not deteriorate resin properties. Since re-pelletization is performed below the melting temperature of the material, deterioration of resin properties can be suppressed compared to water-cooled systems.

■ Easy operation

Easy-to-use large touch panel and central air controls make setup and operation easy. (Temperature, extrusion speed, roller, cutter, etc. can be controlled with the touch panel)

■Pelletable resin

Compatible with almost all resins. It is also possible to granulate colored pellets with no uneven color.
