About This Product
■Simple structure with high performance tornado stirring
The tornado airflow created by our unique mechanism stirs the main material, crushed material, and MB while removing dust. Can be easily installed into existing suction hoppers (ZH-16/20/25-P/RS types). You can also select the G type, which is equipped with a strong neodymium magnet in the stirring part and can remove magnetic powder.
■Rotary shutter
It can be easily disassembled. The structure is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
■Dust and stirring effects reduce molding defects and eliminate color unevenness
It greatly reduces molding defects such as black spots, white spots, unmelted particles, and foreign objects caused by cut pieces and dust. In addition, thorough stirring and mixing eliminates color unevenness when using a masterbatch.
■K2 dust tank with stand
Efficient dust collection reduces the number of cleaning times for equipment filters. The transparent tank allows you to check the dust collection status at a glance. Also available with a pipe stand (ZK-200-004) for convenient installation.
■Valve for empty transportation
If you want to efficiently remove dust and stir and mix in the dryer supply hopper, a separate empty transportation valve is required. There is also a type with a timer that allows you to set the operating time.
