■Precise measurement using load cells
Adopts a mass-type weighing mechanism using a high-performance load cell. Accurate weighing with an accuracy of ±0.5% has been achieved. Contributes to the stable production of precision molded products that require strict mixing ratios.
■Easy operation of advanced and diverse functions
Equipped with a large color touch panel monitor. The easy-to-read design, including illustrations of tank positions, allows you to quickly and intuitively set and manage the mixing ratio of each material, operating operations, logging, etc. It also comes standard with a memory function that enables speedy setup and various alarm display functions.
■Reduced cleaning maintenance
Equipped with a material receiving tank to discharge all the material remaining in the hopper. Furthermore, cleaning performance has been greatly improved, including a weighing hopper screw unit that can be attached and detached with one touch, and a rotary shutter (equipped on the molding machine hopper). A removable material draining tank (10.8L) allows you to drain the material all at once.
■Uniform stirring/mixing/selectable stirring systems
Two types of stirring systems are available: an ``in-machine stirring type'' that stirs and mixes with special blades installed inside the main body, and an ``external stirring type'' that uses a K2 hopper to stir and mix with tornado airflow. If consideration is needed to separate materials during material transportation, we recommend the "external stirring type." Both systems provide uniform agitation and mixing.
■Automatic material supply
The supply to each material tank before measurement and mixing can be automated. Please arrange the hopper separately.
■Suction hopper
A hopper with a rotary shutter suitable for automating material feeding.
■Secondary side dust removal stirring hopper “K2 Hopper”
With the BM-K series, the secondary side (molding machine side) can be converted to the newly developed tornado dust removal stirring hopper "K2 hopper". It has higher stirring effect. A rotary shutter is included.
■Additional secondary transport circuit
With the BM series, you can add a line to transport to the secondary side and supply it to multiple molding machines. This is additional equipment for the circuit only.
■LED stacked indicator light
This is a lighting/blinking indicator light with a buzzer that uses LED.The number of stages can be selected from 1 to 3 stages, and the alarm color can be selected from 5 colors.
■Blower rank up
The supply blower can be upgraded when transportation distances are long or when the bulk specific gravity of the resin is heavy.
