About This Product
■Ideal for molding high-temperature engineering plastics and super engineering plastics
This is a pressurized water type temperature controller that uses a booster pump to achieve a maximum set temperature of 160℃. Precise control using Pt100 resistance thermometer and PID allows temperature setting in 0.1℃ increments. It is useful at precision molding sites for engineering plastics and super engineering plastics such as nylon, which have high molding temperatures.
■Excellent eco performance
Equipped with a function that automatically switches between pressurized operation and water supply pressure operation depending on the set temperature. Additionally, the booster pump operates intermittently depending on the pressure. The unique structural design makes it possible to downsize the booster pump and significantly reduce the amount of time it is actually operated, achieving excellent efficiency and economy.
■Water supply filter
By installing it on the water supply side (cooling water inlet), it removes impurities in the cooling water, protects the pump and mold, and helps reduce breakdowns. Pressure gauge is a separate option.
■Semi-automatic air purge
When you press the air purge button on the operation panel, the built-in timer performs air purge for a certain period of time. This is a convenient function during mold replacement and maintenance. For safety reasons, it does not operate while driving.
■Heat-resistant Teflon hose (insulated type)
Heat-resistant Teflon hoses can also be purchased separately. You can also choose an insulated type heat-resistant Teflon hose (heat-resistant temperature 200℃). Adopts a polyester braided exterior and insulation material for excellent insulation.
