■“Scutter for crushing” industry-acclaimed high performance
High-torque, low-speed motor and uniquely designed and specially processed highly durable crushing blades ensure reliable crushing with minimal dust. As a best-selling machine for many years, this high-performance single-shaft low-speed crusher has made the word "scutter" synonymous with crushers.
■Excellent maintainability and durability
The grinding section can be easily opened and closed, and bolts and other objects are removed from the surface of the grinding space, making it easy to maintain. The robust and reliable structure allows it to withstand long-term use and contributes to production with safe and stable continuous grinding.
■Receiving tank
The S-type suction tank is a tank that can be built into a part of the line and used for suction using a suction nozzle. The T-type stock tank is a tank that can stock a large amount, and is convenient when only grinding is done separately.
■Bridging prevention
The crushed material in the tank is stirred by the rotation of the paddle, preventing bridging that can cause transportation failures.
■2 types of material suction valve ZB-13
Two types of materials, such as virgin material and crushed material, are alternately switched and sucked. It consists of a branch valve unit and a controller. The mixing ratio can be adjusted by controlling the switching time. The supply ratio of B material can be set arbitrarily, and it is easy to check the suction status.
■Upper limit alarm
When the crushed material reaches the upper limit of the capacity of the tank, the level meter senses it, stops the crusher, and the full indicator lamp on the controller lights up. *If a warning light is required, please arrange it separately.
■U mount
This frame is shaped so that crushed materials can be directly packed into material bags. Tank not included. *If you select U mount, only type B input hopper can be selected.
