About This Product

■Reliably captures any shape and grinds it uniformlyUniquely designed and specially processed strong crushing blades and a drive system directly connected to a high-torque motor ensure that resin of any shape is crushed evenly. Pulverized material with less dust and uniform shape and dimensions increases the efficiency of transportation and plasticization, contributing to improved productivity.

■Rust prevention due to special surface treatmentThe inner surface of the main body is electroless nickel plated.It improves rust prevention and prevents foreign matter from entering.

■Excellent maintainability and durability due to double action systemAdopts a double action system that allows you to easily open and close the crushing section. In addition, ease of maintenance and durability have been greatly improved by eliminating bolts from the surface of the crushing space and applying a new type of seal to the bearing.

■Coupling for manual rotationIf a foreign object gets caught in the cutter, you can easily remove it by setting the included manual rotation coupling on the shaft of the motor and rotating it.

■Selection of tank formatIn the standard specification, you can choose between two types of tanks. The S-type suction tank is a tank that can be built into a part of the line and used for suction using a suction nozzle. The T-type stock tank is a tank that can stock a large amount, and is convenient when only grinding is done separately.

■U mountThis frame is shaped so that crushed materials can be directly packed into material bags. Tank not included. The external dimensions during operation will change as shown in the table.

■W hopperThe slanted shape and internal curtain greatly reduce the scattering of crushed materials. We recommend using a loading hopper with a window to check the inside.

■Input hopper with windowA charging hopper with an observation window that allows you to check the grinding and operating status. There are two windows, front and back.

■Bridging preventionThe crushed material in the tank is stirred by the rotation of the paddle, preventing bridging that can cause transportation failures. *Optional when selecting S-type suction tank.

■2 types of material suction valve ZB-13Two types of materials, such as virgin material and crushed material, are alternately switched and sucked. It consists of a branch valve unit and a controller. The mixing ratio can be adjusted by controlling the switching time. The supply ratio of B material can be set arbitrarily, and it is easy to check the suction status. *Optional when selecting S-type suction tank. [Example] If material B is set to 55%, material A will automatically have a supply ratio of 45%.
