■Equipped with a high-performance heat exchanger
Equipped with a newly developed dedicated heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency. The high-temperature air used for drying is discharged at a low temperature by giving heat to the outside air. By circulating thermal energy within the dryer, this is an excellent system that significantly reduces power consumption and waste heat into the factory.
■Open transportation system
An open transportation system that takes in secondary air from a suction nozzle to transport secondary air to the molding machine. The mechanical structure is simple and economical. Equipped with a lower shutter, this transport method prevents material from remaining inside the hose.
■Easy operation and full safety and protection functions
Equipped as standard with a touch key operation panel that allows you to easily operate various functions. It also has a wide range of safety and protection features, including functions to monitor and shut off temperature and fan abnormalities, as well as alarms for upper and lower limits, supply failures, etc. Options are available for control and alarm function items. Please inquire separately.
■Excellent energy saving effect
Since the drying air is heated in advance by a heat exchanger, the power consumption of the heater can be significantly reduced. Power consumption is greatly reduced compared to other companies' machines with the same amount of preparation.
■Energy saving effect that spreads throughout the factory
The high-temperature air after drying is lowered in temperature by a heat exchanger before being discharged into the factory, suppressing the rise in room temperature and reducing air conditioning power. When multiple units of the NF series are introduced, the energy saving effect of the entire factory is enormous.
■Easy maintenance
Designed to reduce maintenance, including a drying drum with a large opening and an easy-to-remove panel filter.
