About This Product

■Complete contamination countermeasures

Equipped with high-performance automatic butterfly shutters above and below the drying drum. Furthermore, all contact parts have a polished finish equivalent to SUS304#400, which prevents contamination and improves the molding quality of transparent resin.

■Clean production with consideration for contamination-free production

The NS-V series is produced in a dedicated clean room. We take special care to prevent contamination from entering the machine itself.

■Super low dew point of -50℃ Heatless dryer plus Round method that does not allow outside air to directly flow in

This is Stolz's unique system that supplies dehumidified air with an ultra-low dew point of -50℃ generated by a heatless dryer to circulating air in a closed circuit consisting of a closed blower, filter, heater, and drying drum. Ceramic heater and SSC control realize energy saving and stable temperature control.

■Closed transportation system that enables thorough drying

Closed transportation system that transports by suction and pressure in a sealed state. This method does not take in secondary air and shuts out moisture absorption from the outside air, allowing for more thorough drying.

■Easy operation and full safety and protection functions

Equipped as standard with a touch key operation panel that allows you to easily operate various functions. It also has a wide range of safety and protection features, including functions to monitor and shut off temperature and fan abnormalities, as well as alarms for upper and lower limits, supply failures, etc. *Options are available for control and alarm function items.

■Equipped with "Standard mode" and "Energy saving mode" switching function

Equipped with a function to switch between the "standard mode" for thorough drying suitable for engineering plastics, and the "energy saving mode" for general-purpose resins, which reduces the amount of air injection by approximately 40%. Efficient operation is possible according to resin characteristics and molding needs.

■2 molding machines supplied (2S)

Multi-supply branch pipes and air branch valves are used to branch-supply dry materials to two molding machines.

■Line filter

Line filters can be installed on the primary and secondary hoppers for thorough dust removal. Compatible models are as below. Please specify the length of the piping hose and purchase it separately.

■Dedicated pellet tank KV series

To maintain the cleanliness of the material, please use the dedicated KV series pellet tank.
