This is Stolz's unique system that supplies dehumidified air with an ultra-low dew point of -50℃ generated by a heatless dryer to circulating air in a closed circuit consisting of a closed blower, filter, heater, and drying drum. Ceramic heater and SSC control realize energy saving and stable temperature control.
■High performance heatless dryer
Equipped with a high-performance heatless dryer unit that maintains excellent dehumidification performance for a long period of time. Maintenance free and economical.
■High drying performance and cleanliness
The excellent drying performance of the dehumidifying drying method improves molding precision and quality. In addition, all contact parts have a polished finish equivalent to SUS304#400, and a 25μm filter is used to ensure high cleanliness.
■Easy operation and full safety and protection functions
Equipped as standard with a touch key operation panel that allows you to easily operate various functions. It also has a wide range of safety and protection features, including functions to monitor and shut off temperature and fan abnormalities, as well as alarms for upper and lower limits, supply failures, etc.
■Easy maintenance
The design incorporates various mechanisms to reduce maintenance, such as a drying drum that opens wide for easy cleaning, a filter that can suck in dust from an external suction port, and a material discharge switch that can be operated while visually checking.
■Comparison with honeycomb method
In the honeycomb method, the heated circulating air is cooled with an aftercooler, then reheated with a heater, and also uses cooling water, which increases energy costs.
