About This Product
■System overview
We propose a system from pulverization to mixing and agitation to drying using a dehumidifying dryer (NS/NSA) + high-class single-shaft low-speed pulverizer (SX) + tornado stirring hopper (K2 hopper). With a wide range of system variations to meet on-site needs, we will propose the optimal system configuration to increase energy savings, quality of product rate, and profitability.
■Dehumidifying dryer
DEZAT NS/NSA series Equipped with a switching function between "Standard mode" for high efficiency drying and "Energy saving mode" for reducing the amount of air injection. One K2 hopper is equipped as standard on either the primary or secondary side. NSAseries is set in "Energy saving mode".
■High-class single-shaft low-speed crusher
SCUTTER SX series With a strong crushing blade and a high-torque motor direct drive, any shape of resin can be crushed reliably and uniformly.
■Tornado stirring hopper
K2 Hopper The tornado airflow generated by the unique structure thoroughly stirs the main material, crushed material, and MB while removing dust.
■Valve for empty transportation
This valve increases the efficiency of dust removal and agitation mixing in the dryer supply hopper. There is also a type with a timer.
■K2 dust tank
Efficient dust collection reduces the number of cleaning times for equipment filters. Also available with a pipe stand for convenient installation.
■Return crushed materials quickly
The virgin material that has been completely dried and the recycled material that has just been crushed are supplied to the molding machine via the two-class material branch valve "ZB-13." The K2 hopper on the molding machine side performs dust removal and stirring mixing.
■Thoroughly dry after mixing virgin and pulverized materials
Virgin material and pulverized material are supplied to the dryer via the dual material branch valve "ZB-13". The K2 hopper on the dryer side performs dust removal and stirring mixing.
■More accurate measurement and mixing of crushed materials and thorough dust removal
The sprue runner return device "BS-51" accurately measures and mixes virgin material and pulverized material and supplies it to the dryer. Two K2 hoppers, one on the BS-51 side and one on the dryer side, perform thorough dust removal.
■Further thorough drying with dehumidified air supply
The dehumidified air from the heatless dryer is branched and supplied to the virgin material tank and the K2 hopper on the molding machine side, suppressing the initial moisture content of the virgin material and preventing re-absorption of moisture immediately before molding. For molding optical products, etc., it is also possible to select a specification that injects nitrogen gas as an option.
