About This Product

■Features

・Best drying performance, extreme energy and space savings ・The high-performance dryer "Desat" has been further evolved. We create a new drying process.

■Excellent performance condensed into a compact size

The aircraft has been made as compact as possible while retaining the basic performance and diverse functionality of the evolved DESAT. Achieved a volume reduction of approximately 40% compared to the previous model. The small body greatly contributes to improving the efficiency of the production environment. *Comparison based on volume.

■Thoroughly energy-saving new design

All the elements that make up the circuit have been reexamined to create a new design that achieves thorough energy savings. Air consumption is even lower than the NS series. At the same time, the required air pressure is 0.5 MPa, making it a highly efficient specification that can operate even at relatively low pressure.

■Closed transportation system

Closed transportation system that transports by suction and pressure in a sealed state. This method does not take in secondary air and shuts out moisture absorption from the outside air, allowing for more thorough drying.

■Challenge to “multifunctional standard equipment”

We are particular about "standard equipment" so that you can make full use of the various functions that make the drying process more precise and efficient. This is Stolz's new challenge for machine quality.

■K2 hopper standard equipment

A K2 hopper that simultaneously removes dust and stirs using tornado airflow is equipped as standard on either the primary or secondary side*.

■Feeding amount variable function standard equipment

As a measure to prevent excessive drying, it is equipped as standard with a function that changes the amount of preparation depending on the amount of resin used.

■Dust tank standard equipment

Equipped with a dust tank as standard to reduce filter cleaning. Made of transparent acrylic, you can check dust in real time.

■All operations and maintenance are completed from the front

A simple touch panel controller that can be operated intuitively. Maintenance such as filter cleaning and material changes using the lower attachment can all be performed from the front.

■Subtractive start timer

Equipped with a subtractive start timer as standard. This is effective when completing drying before molding.
