About This Product

The three-dimensional measuring machine "Microview" is a device that measures information such as the shape and dimensions of objects with high precision. Accurately locate each point on an object based on coordinates in three directions (X/Y/Z) and visualize its contents. Microview has a diverse lineup ranging from small to extra large, and has delivered more than 45,000 units worldwide. The measurement software "InSpec" is installed in all models of Micro View CMM Vertex and Excel. Advanced point-and-click programming allows you to perform most tasks with a mouse or joystick, including measuring, moving the stage, and automatically generating programs while measuring parts. Inspection programs that would otherwise be burdensome to the operator can be easily created with just a click of the mouse, significantly reducing inspection time and measurement costs, and dramatically improving productivity. This measurement software is truly the highest in the industry, with convenient functions such as automatic report printing, automatic data transmission, automatic recording of measurement data, and storage of video images in an all-in-one package. Features

■Easy operation and high-speed measurement

Measured 124 elements with 259 dimensions in 3 minutes 23 seconds. The biggest features of InSpec are its ease of use and fast measurement speed.

■Latest point-and-click programming

You can measure dimensions simply by pointing and clicking on the desired location that appears on the camera screen. InSpec uses a "teaching" function that memorizes as you measure a part, automatically generating a program while measuring, and simultaneously recording each tool's lighting, zoom, and stage position settings. "Teaching" refers to having InSpec perform actual measurements so that the measurements are stored in the measurement program. In other words, the program is generated while making measurements. No complicated programming required.

■Compatible with touch probes, lasers, rotary scanners, and white light scanners

InSpec measurement software supports touch probes, lasers, rotary, and white light scanners from the beginning, so you can add these options whenever you need them.
