About This Product

■Touch clip

A heat sink fixing clip that combines a banana chip type clamp pin made of phosphor bronze material (nickel plated) and a coil spring. It enables easy and well-balanced installation of heat spreaders such as BGA, FCPGA, etc., which are becoming smaller. Drill a φ2.8 hole on the PCB and fix it. It is possible to eliminate problems caused by lifting or tilting of the heat sink and device due to work errors such as gluing or screwing.
