Suitable for medium-sized and small-sized processed products, 5-sided processing is possible.
■Features
・Super strong magnetic force of 1,000kg/100cm2.
・2 seconds ON/OFF control. Electricity is required when the magnetic chuck is turned on, but there is no need to supply electricity while it is being held, and it is safe even in the event of a power outage.
- Since there is no need to connect the energizing cord after magnetization, it can be used continuously for a long time, and the precision of the processed product is not affected by heat.
・Since 5-sided machining is possible, cutting work is not hindered during machining. Since it can be finished in one step, it provides the highest processing precision and is extremely efficient.
- Can be easily combined with horizontal compound machine tools and FMS system pallets.
- Magnetization and demagnetization can be done in a very short time, reducing replacement time.
-Magnetic force can be adjusted from 1 to 8 levels.
・By using a distortion removal block, processed products with distortion or bending can be maintained in their original state.
