・The new models of the "Permanent Magnet Clamping Block" ECB series are all new types of metal workpiece fixing devices that can quickly secure workpieces on CNC multi-tasking machines and milling machines.
- You can freely set the position, number, and spacing of the "permanent magnet clamping blocks" depending on the size of the processed product.
・The ECB series uses a replaceable processing block, which allows processing such as cutting, drilling, and tapping to be performed directly on the processing block. In addition, it allows for free machining, such as machining into the shape of the workpiece, and achieves accurate holding. We also sell blocks for processing individually, but you can also use blocks that you have created yourself.
・Since 5-sided machining is possible, machining efficiency with multi-axis processing machines is greatly improved and machining accuracy is also increased.
・It is completely waterproof, so it can be used for wet processing.
■Applications
- Ideal for medium and large size machining on milling machines and CNC machine centers.
- Suitable for processed products that are larger than two "processing blocks".
・The "permanent magnet clamping block" is not suitable for fixing small-sized workpieces, and must be at least as large as two or more processing blocks in order to be used.
