About This Product

Criston Bristle is a ceramic brush that uses alumina long fibers as an abrasive material. Ceramic fibers generate new cutting edges by breaking into small pieces during use. By nanobonding the fibers, we have reduced polishing scratches and achieved a fine surface finish.

Cristone Bristle has 60 times more grinding power than abrasive nylon brushes. Conventional brushes have variations in shape due to expansion and contraction during use, but Cristone Bristle does not change shape. It maintains stable grinding force and supports automation of deburring and tool mark removal.

When a cup-shaped brush starts to wear out, it is necessary to adjust the amount of protrusion from the holder.There are two types: the regular type, which allows you to adjust the amount of protrusion as you like, and the octotype, which allows you to adjust the amount of protrusion at regular intervals. It is also possible to use the cup-shaped brush alone. (Example of use: Honing applications, etc.)
