About This Product

Since our founding in 1933, we have accumulated cutting-edge shipbuilding technology. We have been building new tugboats on a regular basis since 2009, inheriting the large factory equipment and construction know-how from when we were building cargo ships of up to 50,000 DWT class.

■Block productionBlock production in a large indoor yard. There is no need to worry about rust even in rainy weather. Even the difficult bow section can be beautifully finished with careful work by skilled craftsmen. It is possible to manufacture large blocks using a 60t suspended ceiling crane.

■UndercoatingSince the undercoat can be applied indoors, it will greatly help extend the lifespan of the ship later on. It is possible to manufacture large blocks using a 60t suspended ceiling crane.

■JoinBlock loading by 80 ton lifting jib crane. Engines, propellers, etc. are assembled into the hull.

■Painting/finishingWe perform careful painting work based on detailed plans.

■DeliveryThe operation of various equipment was confirmed and the handover was completed successfully. It's finally time to set sail into the ocean.
